Refund policy
If a result isn't good, email us and we'll refund it. You don't need to justify yourself and we won't argue.
Why it works this way
The whole idea of PayTask is that you see a real preview of the actual result before you pay anything. If the preview looked good and the full result didn't deliver, that's our failure, not your mistake — so you get your money back.
How to get one
Email harry@nivoai.netfrom any address, and tell us roughly which result it was — the task type and rough time is plenty. If you can spare a line on what was wrong with it, that genuinely helps us improve the product, but it's not a condition of the refund.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe. We'll process it within a few days of you asking; your bank may then take a few more days to show it.
The honest limits
We reserve the right to decline refunds where someone is clearly abusing the policy — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding results while continuing to use them. In practice this has to be pretty blatant before we'd say no.
Your legal rights
This policy is deliberately more generous than the law requires. Digital content supplied immediately with your agreement normally loses the standard 14-day cancellation right — but we're choosing to offer refunds anyway.
Separately, and regardless of anything on this page, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund if digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing here affects those rights.
